7 Critical Feng Shui Factors to consider before buying Singapore HDB, Condo, Landed Property units and renting of Office Units. Critical to Health and Wealth luck aspects.

1) Facing degree Not to be “Kong Zhen” and “Qi Feng”.
“Kong Zen” refers to the boundary dividing degree between the main directions. For example, between East and South East, South East and South.

With central North as 0/360 degrees, Central East 90, Central South 180, Central West 270

There are 8 degrees in this category, namely 22.5/ 67.5/ 112.5/ 157.5/ 202.5/ 247.5/ 292.5/ 337.5 degrees.

Qi Feng refers to the boundary dividing degree of the 3 sub-sectors within each of the 8 main directions. They are 16 degrees, namely :
7.5/ 37.5/ 52.5/ 82.5/ 97.5/ 127.5/ 142.5/ 172.5/ 187.5/ 217.5/ 232.5/ 262.5/ 277.5/ 307.5/ 322.5/ 352.5

Take note that 1 degree less or more than the above mentioned degrees are also considered as “ Kong Zen/Qi Feng”.

Kong Zen and Qi Feng bring chaotic and very bad energies that give rise to deteriorating Wealth and Health with the progress of time and ‘Must be avoided’.

2) Specific Bad Energy Charts
These energy charts bring bad effects to either Wealth or Health or Both regardless of other favourable factors, eg good main door, good external/internal environmental factors.

3) The position of virtual Mountains and Virtual Water to match the Unit’s Energy Chart.
Any building which is higher than your unit is considered as “Mountain” and an open space/ traffic road/ land of level lower than your unit’s floor level are considered as “Virtual Water”
The requirement to have the Virtual Mountain/ Virtual Water in front or behind the Unit is different and it corresponds to the Unit’s specific energy chart. The lack of the correct positioning of Mountain/Water will affect the Wealth/Health aspects of the occupants.

4) The shape of the Unit
The squarish or rectangular shapes are preferred. Odd shape layout with many deep recess and protrusions will affect the Wealth and Health luck of occupants.

5) Kitchen/Toilet at central of the House
Kitchen (esp stove) at central of the house may give rise to “heart” problem and induce occupants to be “bad-tempered”.
Toilet at central of the house may reduce the Occupants’ give birth rate, unfavourable to wealth accumulation and family’s relationship.

6) The quality of Energies of Main door/Kitchen/Bed rooms/ Windows. Most importantly, after Feng Shui improvement, what is the quality of energies circulating within the unit ?

7) How many years can the occupants stay in this House before the overall deterioration of the energies ? Worthwhile to carry out major renovation to induce new energies at appropriate time before the deterioration of energies ?

The above factors are not exhaustive as there are other items to screen through as well, esp for Houses at ground floor and 2nd storeys, eg the terrain profile, shape and forms of traffic roads, the locations of 3 or 4 ways traffic junction, the neighbouring buildings …..etc.
The above 7 factors are the most critical factors to be considered though they are not exhaustive. For Houses at ground floor, factors to consider shall include the terrain profile, shape and forms of traffic roads, the locations of 3 or 4 ways traffic junction, the neighbouring buildings …..etc.
